About Me

Hi Everyone!

My name is Vivian & I'm working on getting my certification as a Child Life Specialist. I'm a Miami native currently working on my Bachelors in Psychology at a local university. Post graduation I hope to complete a Child Life internship in the great state of Texas (What can I say? I'm a country girl at heart!). Child Life is something I accidentally stumbled upon (but then again, does anything in life happen by accident?) and have really developed a passion for. This field, along with the amazing mentors, friends, and children I have encountered within it (shout out to JDCH! I love my practicum hospital!), have allowed me to find myself in ways I never imagined possible. I hope to spend the next good part of my life giving back by being an official part of the Child Life professional community.
